Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return any* item to us unworn in its original packaged condition complete with labels within 28 days of receipt. Exchanges or refunds outside this period will be at the discretion of  Highland Embroidery.  Returns are at your cost and at your responsibility until they reach us.  Please fill in the form below, print off & send with your return.

*Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.

a) Goods made or embroidered with your logo or supplied correctly to a special order

Order sent incorrectly or faulty goods

For items sent incorrectly against your order, will will offer a replacement or full refund including postage, providing we are made aware of this within 10 working days. Please fill in the form below, print off & return with your item. Please note all items must be laundered prior to returning. Please obtain a receipt of posting as returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Items returned as faulty within 3 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault will be replaced or refunded at the purchases price. Items over 3 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of  Highland Embroidery.

This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
